What are your postage costs?
UK postage is free!
What are you payment options?
I can only accept Payments via PayPal on my Big Cartel, however you can access more payment options on my Etsy Store.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment I can only provide UK shipping however I am working on easier access for international buyers.
Where is my order?
All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. You will be notified when your order has been shipped so please keep an eye on junk folders for updates. Please also consider the delay on postage due to the Coronavirus pandemic, therefore delivery dates may vary to the one you have been provided with.
This is a gift, can I hide the price?
In order to save paper waste, all receipts and order confirmations will be sent via email.
What paper is used for your prints?
I use 300gsm satin card for all prints, unless otherwise specified.
Can you print a different size?
Of course, should the size of the original artwork allow it. Feel free to shoot me a message and I’ll do my best to work to your specifications.
What does your packaging look like?
All prints are handmade and packaged by me! Your prints are wrapped in a protective cellophane sleeve, which is sealed inside an envelope with acid free backing board. You’ll also find a few stickers with each order and a handwritten note from me.
Spooklings are packaged using only recyclable materials.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
Items in the shop are made to order so unfortunately they cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or faulty.
In the event your item is damaged in any way, please contact me within two working days. After this period I can no longer accept the item.
Please attach images to [email protected] - this is very important as I can’t process your claim without them! If you are eligible for a refund I am happy to either reimburse the cost of the item OR replace the item free of charge.
Replaced items will be sent back to you Royal Mail First Class.
Do you take commissions for artwork?
Occasionally I will offer commissions, however I cannot guarantee the regularity of this based on the requirements of my full time job. If you do have a request, please send me a message and we can go from there!
How often do your Spooklings go on sale?
Due to the nature of my full time job I am unable to make as many Spooklings as I would like to! They are very time consuming to make and I am a one person business, however I aim to put time aside every couple of months to make a batch. You can stay updated by following Spooklings on Instagram and Facebook.
Can you make me a custom Spookling?
Occasionally I will offer the option of a Spookling made to order, however I cannot guarantee the regularity of this based on the requirements of my full time job. If you do have a special request, please send me a message and we can go from there!
